METABEV Hong Kong Refund Policy
Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders immediately upon reception.
- If any of the items in your order are missing, incorrect or damaged, please report it to our Customer Service team by phone or email within 3 days of receiving it. Kindly provide your order number, product details, description of the issue and a photo of the received order so that we may evaluate and rectify any errors as efficiently as possible. Our Customer Service team will be in touch within 2 to 3 business days.
- In any instance of damaged or incorrect items, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement. Please retain all packing materials and ensure that product(s) are returned in their original condition within 7 business days of receiving your incorrect or damaged order.
- Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you about your refund or replacement.
- If your request for a refund is approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method.
- Please note that the refund may take some time to process (about 3-5 business days following the acknowledgement and confirmation of your report)
METABEV reserves the right to final decisions in case of any disputes.
