Floor malting the local grain and using open fired pot stills enables Stauning to produce rye with a unique flavour – cereal forward rather than dusty and spicy, with a long smooth, fruity and sweet finish Stauning RYE is made with 51% floor malted rye and 49% floor malted barley.
